Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
In new, unworn condition — shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and free of dirt, scuffs, or odors
In the original packaging, including the shoebox, tissue paper, and any included tags or accessories
Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@zigzagshoes.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the mailing address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping method. ZigZag Shoes is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
None. We do not charge a restocking fee. You will receive a full refund of the item purchase price on all approved returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the item.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zigzagshoes.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and make it right at no charge to you.
